Names on Tickets Must Match ID Cards starting 1 July 2024
There’s a new rule about ticket sales that started on 1st July. The name on the ticket must match the name on the ID of the person travelling. So, One ID, One Ticket. You cannot buy for a friend in your name or resell tickets.
From now onwards, if you need to change the name on your ticket, you must first cancel it (you will lose 70% of the ticket price) and then buy a new ticket for the same seat.
